Centre for Media Integration and Social Development (CEMSOD) is based in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. It aims to promote human social development through media, education, and empowerment. The organization is focused on reducing moral decadence, preventing HIV/AIDS among youth, supporting disadvantaged individuals through sustainable development (especially agriculture), training youth in media, promoting patriotism and good values, and using mass media to foster social participation, health, empowerment, and good governance.Key activities include: national value training, anti-violence campaigns, youth mobilization, scholarships, capacity building, skill acquisition, HIV/AIDS awareness, career counseling, talent development, health and environmental advocacy, merit awards, rural sanitation, media education, and elderly support.Target groups are children, adults, and the aged.
Mobilizing youth for national growth is at the heart of CEMSODs mission. We conduct workshops and campaigns that focus on anti-violence, HIV awareness, and skill acquisition to prepare the younger generation for impactful societal roles.
